Taco Dumbo is a fast growing interpretation of a fast-casual restaurant that is looking to disrupt common misconceptions that exist in the industry. In a Southern California meets downtown NYC design, we bring the essence of a laid back beach community to the bustling city. We strongly believe in recruiting good people who are great at hospitality, sourcing and serving great products (what people should be eating) and the idea that work should be fun as you spend most of your life doing it. We are looking for detail oriented professionals who put special care into each interaction with our guests. We deeply care about making sure that each guest is treated as if they are guests or family members in our own personal residence. The role as a manager is simple; coach and care for both our team members and our guests.
