RMA is seeking a full-time Medical Claims Coordinator to join our growing team in Basking Ridge, NJ . At RMA, we are committed to the professional growth and development of our employees. Scheduled work hours are Monday to Friday from 8 : 30 AM to 4 : 30 PM.

Responsibilities :

• Contact insurance companies to request reprocessing of incorrectly denied claims
• Submit support documentation when requested by insurance
• Navigate insurance websites to locate claim and payment information
• Work aging reports to identify and resolve old, outstanding claims
• Document progress and office notes in our internal Electronic Medical Records system (Artemis) and / or billing system
