Job Title : Door-to-Door Canvassing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Door-to-Door Canvassing Manager to hire, train, and lead a high-performing team of appointment setters . This is a lucrative management opportunity with one of the fastest-growing home improvement companies in the industry.

What You’ll Do

Interview, hire, train, and manage canvassers to schedule FREE in-home estimates for Windows & Doors
Motivate and coach your team to consistently achieve appointment goals
Represent the company professionally while building rapport with homeowners
Work a 5-day field schedule , actively engaging with local neighborhoods

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience interviewing, hiring, and training canvassing teams

Strong leadership and motivational skills

Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent communication abilities

Comfortable working outdoors and speaking directly with homeowners

What We Offer
