Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reading work orders, reworking connectors, wire terminations, and any other components built into a wire harness.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders, diagrams, form boards, and wire lists to determine materials needed and sequence of assembly.
• Rework connectors, back shells, wire terminations, splices, split rings, lugs, and other components in a wire harness.
• Wrap and tie wires for optimal organization and safety.
• Route wires effectively to ensure efficient electrical flow.
• Change routing and breakouts as necessary.
• Perform electrical tests to ensure functionality.
• Complete all associated paperwork accurately and timely.

Essential Skills

• Experience in wire harness assembly and aircraft components.
• At least 1 year of aircraft electrical experience.
• Skills in repair and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to read work orders, diagrams, form boards, and wire lists.

Shift

• 1st and 3rd shift
• Candidates must be flexible on shift

Work Environment

Our team consists of 15-20 employees. Candidates must be available to work both 1st and 3rd shift schedules. The dress code is casual, consisting of jeans, a work shirt, and closed-toe shoes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
