Were looking for a data-driven Senior Performance Marketer to lead customer acquisition and digital growth across global markets. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, youll plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and revenue for Inq Smartpens and the wider Anoto portfolio.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience
5-10+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing, preferably in the tech, e-commerce, or consumer electronics industries.
Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing experience is essential, with proven success driving acquisition, retention, and lifecycle campaigns.
Start-up experience required, ideally having built or scaled brands in a fast-paced, resourceful, and entrepreneurial environment.
Familiarity with international markets and localisation strategies.
Hands-on experience with remarketing, audience segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
Strong understanding of DTC metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS) and customer journey optimisation.
