Responsibilities:

This opportunity will support multiple DIA initiatives, including the Machine-Assisted Rapid-Repository System (MARS), Object Management Services (OMS), and Object-Based Intelligence (OBI).

·The All Source Analyst, Object Based Intelligence (OBI), Conducts spatially-enabled, all-source analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.

·Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.

·Support DIA development of OBI governance documentation and development of training for OBI practitioners.

·Applies DIA and IC Tradecraft standards, style, and editing standards and implement all guidance in OBI governance and reference documentation, training materials.

·Correlates results into graphical, written, visual and verbal narrative products that adhere to DNI analytic tradecraft standards, including through DIA's finished intelligence product lines, enabling informed analytic decisions.

·This production may involve the use and demonstration of integrating emerging or existing DIA data or advanced analytic methods into intelligence products.

·Researches and understands client needs and requirements and use this knowledge to propose initiative and tasked products that synthesize intelligence narratives, enabling responses to client needs.

·Retrieves, proactively, information from various sources, including classified and unclassified sources, and analyze the information using existing and emerging DIA and IC capabilities and data sets, to develop analytic assessments.

·Integrates appropriate methods, processes, and workflows to bring multiple capabilities and multi-variant data into a coherent, tradecraft compliant all-source intelligence narrative.

·Exploits large, complex, spatial & temporal data to produce both relevant and tradecraft compliant all-source intelligence production against requirements in support of Office and Agency intelligence production requirements.

·Provides all-source analysis enabled by data science methods and spatial data to meet OBI mission objectives.

·Collaborates and coordinates within the DIE- including appropriate Agency functional offices, regional offices, centers, the Combatant Commands, and IC elements to ensure analytic concurrence among functional or regional area stakeholders throughout the DIE on OBI governance and tradecraft-related objectives.

·Uses principles and standards set forth in Intelligence Community Directive 203 to ensure that all products comply with DNI and DIA standards for analytic tradecraft and integrity.

·Supports DIA efforts to vet or validate existing or emerging programs and capabilities.

Required qualifications/skills:

·Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years with a bachelor’s degree.
