Requirements:

What You'll Do

As a Client Relations Advisor, you'll be the pivotal link connecting with our previous and current clients, proactively identifying opportunities to offer additional, valuable services. This isn't cold calling; you'll be nurturing existing relationships and maximizing client lifetime value.

• Engage with clients via outbound calls and emails to identify additional service needs and successfully re-contract.
• Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas and outbound communication goals.
• Conduct thorough research into client situations to align them with ideal financial solutions, clearly communicating value, expectations, and fees.
• Skillfully handle escalated client inquiries and service agreement issues, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Leverage your acute listening skills and empathy to build rapport, understand client challenges, and guide them towards the best solutions.
• Work closely with a supportive sales team to achieve ambitious collective goals.
• Manage an active pipeline and task list daily to maximize outreach efficiency.

• A demonstrable track record of success in outbound sales, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience with cold calling (it shows resilience!).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Sitting at a desk and working on a computer for prolonged periods.
