Our ideal team member would :

Serve as the primary liaison between patients and the practice regarding treatment planning and financial arrangements

Present and explain proposed treatment plans and associated costs in a clear, compassionate, and professional manner

Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups to ensure timely and efficient care

Verify insurance benefits and help patients understand their coverage and financial responsibilities

Coordinate with dental providers and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care

Track acceptance of treatment plans and follow up with patients who have pending or incomplete treatment

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all treatment information is documented properly in the practice management system

Support front office operations, including answering phones, greeting patients, and checking patients in / out as needed
