This is a pure Hunter role focused on acquiring new logos and driving revenue through software services and technology solutions within the banking and financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Identify prospect and acquire new banking and financial institution clients
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline using industry networks targeted outreach and cold prospecting
- Develop territory strategies to penetrate key accounts and expand market presence across Texas
Solution Selling
Engage with banking and financial services clients to understand their challenges and goalsCollaborate with technical and delivery teams to design tailored software and technology solutionsPresent and position digital transformation fintech and AI-driven solutionsSales Execution
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closureAchieve and exceed annual revenue targets of USD 3.5M 4MEnsure smooth handoff to post-sales teams for successful solution deliveryIndustry Expertise & Relationship Building
Stay up to date with banking trends regulations and emerging technologiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and C-suite decision makersRepresent the brand at industry events forums and conferencesReporting & Collaboration
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)Partner with marketing on targeted campaigns and sales enablement initiativesReport performance market intelligence and feedback to leadershipMust-Have Requirements
10 years of experience in technology sales and business developmentMinimum 5 years of recent experience selling into the Banking / FinTech domainProven Hunter profile with strong new logo acquisition experience (not a farming role)Consistent track record of handling annual sales quotas of USD 3.5M 4MStrong knowledge of the Texas market and territoryProven job stability and long-term role commitmentsPreferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business Computer Science or related field (MBA preferred)Experience selling software services digital transformation solutions or AI / analytics productsStrong understanding of banking challenges compliance and regulatory frameworksExpertise in consultative solution-based and value-driven sales approachesKey Attributes
