Requirements:

• Assist with activities of daily living and monitor resident health status.
• Administer medications and treatments under the supervision of an RN or physician.
• Document resident care accurately and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
