INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Inside Sales is responsible for all aspects of all aspects of interacting with customers to develop and maintain relationships with customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties
Inside sales role, which primarily sells direct to distributors.Responds to customer inquiries both via email and phone.Works to provide a solution for the customer to purchase.Works effectively in a team environment.Required Skills / Abilities
Ability to build and maintain rapport with our customers and prospects.Must have a professional demeanor and be a strong team player.Must be located or relocate to the Quad Cities or surrounding area.Education and Experience
Associate degree or higherPhysical Requirements / Work Environment
Must be able to navigate the production facilityPeriods of sitting at a desk working on a computerOccasional travel to visit customers
