Must-Have :

Traveler must be able to support interventional neurocritical care and cardiovascular critical care patients.

First-timers accepted.

Charting experience with EPIC required.

Candidates must be willing to float to other facilities when needed.

Travel experience required.

Description :

Position available in CVICU.

This role requires the ability to manage acute and complex patients.

The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patients' conditions and administering necessary interventions.

Experience in trauma care and familiarity with critical care equipment is preferred.

The unit emphasizes teamwork and interdisciplinary support.

Weekends and holidays may be required.

Nurses will participate in care planning and patient education.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The nurse will maintain a patient ratio of 2 : 1 during shifts.

Candidates must possess skills in managing various invasive procedures and monitoring critical patients.

The unit is supported by specialized teams including respiratory therapy and pharmacy services.

Additional duties may include floating to other units as needed.

A friendly and collaborative working atmosphere is fostered within the team.
