Position Overview
Crescent Biopharma is seeking a Vice President, Drug Discovery to provide strategic and technical oversight for all aspects of Crescent’s novel drug discovery efforts from lead identification to preclinical development and commercialization. The ideal candidate is a creative and innovative scientist who has had senior level scientific / technical responsibility with substantial experience leading the successful discovery and development of drug candidates across many biologics modalities, such as monoclonal antibodies, antibody drug conjugates, and peptides in the fields of immunology and oncology.

What We Offer
The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$324,000 to $358,000 USD.

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and / or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs : medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
