DiaMedical USA – Marketing Manager

DiaMedical USA is a fast‑growing distributor of medical equipment and educational supplies. Our mission is to improve quality healthcare by offering turnkey solutions for healthcare facilities and educational institutions.

Role Summary

Lead brand and marketing strategy across print and digital channels. Oversee a talented marketing team, manage day‑to‑day operations, and collaborate cross‑functionally to bring our brand vision to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Manage creation, approval, and production of printed promotional materials (catalogs, brochures, flyers, direct mail).
  • Build and maintain the digital marketing calendar based on sales data, customer feedback, industry trends, and forecasts.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve results.
  • Optimize marketing workflows and systems for automation, content production, and project tracking.
  • Identify target audience and manage email lists / databases for lead generation.
  • Delegate design projects to graphic designers based on workload, deadlines, and skillsets.
  • Manage placement of digital and print advertising space with outside vendors.
  • Oversee social media content for brand voice, accuracy, and effectiveness.
  • Foster relationships with prospective blog contributors, brand advocates, industry experts, and suppliers.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Determine resource needs and manage the marketing team, promoting a diverse, harassment‑free work environment.
  • Responsible for team’s time management, performance management, and career development.
  • Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
  • At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, demonstrating increasing responsibility in strategic campaigns.
  • Skills & Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience leading creative marketing teams, managing budgets, and aligning strategies with business objectives.
  • Proven B2B marketing experience across digital, email, and social media channels.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in marketing automation tools and testing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Creative problem‑solver with passion for testing new ideas and marketing techniques.
