The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for the developing, implementing, and administering ServiceNow applications. Specific initiatives and work products that this role supports include :

What You Will Do :

• Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
• Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations.
• Perform unit, system, and integration testing.
• Debug and fix technical problems.
• Support the development of detailed technical documentation.
• Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users.
• Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression testing and reconfiguration.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.
