About the Role : At Viva Superheroes Behavior Services, we specialize in early intervention for children from birth to age 3. We’re looking for a licensed Speech Pathologist who is passionate about helping infants and toddlers build foundational communication skills in a nurturing home-based environment. In this role, you'll work closely with young children and their families to assess needs, create individualized treatment plans, and support early speech and language development during this critical stage of life.

What You’ll Do : 🍼 Work with children (0–3 years) and their families in home settings 📝 Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create age-appropriate treatment plans 📈 Track developmental milestones and adjust interventions as needed 📂 Maintain clear and timely documentation 🤝 Educate and empower families to support communication growth at home

What We’re Looking For :

• Active state license in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience or interest in early intervention and child development
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic tech tools
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (Bachelor’s in related field)
