Job description10+ years of management experience (at least 5 in DoD / Navy IT). Proven track record leading technical programs with multiple concurrent workstreams. Strong grasp of DoD acquisition and contracting processes. PMP certification or DAWIA Level II / III preferred. Excellent communication and client-relationship skills.

Salary : $130,000 - $170,000
Clearance Required : Top Secret
Education : Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
Experience : 10+ years (5+ years in DoD / Navy IT Systems)

We're looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-visibility IT and cybersecurity program supporting the U.S. Navy. This is your opportunity to manage a team of talented professionals delivering mission-critical solutions that keep our nation's information systems secure and operational.
What You'll Do :
- Provide hands-on leadership, guiding cross-functional teams in delivering complex technical projects.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the government, stakeholders, and internal leadership.
- Manage all aspects of program delivery scope, budget, quality, and schedule.
- Implement best practices in project management, risk mitigation, and performance optimization.
- Mentor staff and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
