Description

Delivers comprehensive recruitment support for both exempt and non-exempt positions, contributing to the organization's goal of attracting and retaining top-performing talent. Collaborates closely with managers across designated departments to identify staffing needs and secure highly qualified candidates. Designs and executes recruiting approaches that blend both long-term strategy and day-to-day tactics. Uses the Workday platform to manage and complete essential recruitment activities.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A combination of relevant experience and education may be accepted in place of a Bachelor's degree.

Experience

  • At least three (3) years of high-volume recruiting experience covering both exempt and non-exempt roles, with proven success hiring across multiple levels within an organization.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience recruiting within the healthcare sector is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system is required. Familiarity with Workday is beneficial, though training will be provided.
  • Must have experience sourcing and recruiting through online and internet-based platforms.
  • Experience with HRIS tools such as SAP or Lawson is an advantage.
  • Background working in a unionized setting is a plus.
  • Knowledge and Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build productive, value-driven relationships at all levels while maintaining exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically when addressing hiring needs and challenges.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Sound judgment paired with excellent analytical and detail-oriented capabilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to operate effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
