Description
Delivers comprehensive recruitment support for both exempt and non-exempt positions, contributing to the organization's goal of attracting and retaining top-performing talent. Collaborates closely with managers across designated departments to identify staffing needs and secure highly qualified candidates. Designs and executes recruiting approaches that blend both long-term strategy and day-to-day tactics. Uses the Workday platform to manage and complete essential recruitment activities.
Job Requirements
Education
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- A combination of relevant experience and education may be accepted in place of a Bachelor's degree.
Experience
At least three (3) years of high-volume recruiting experience covering both exempt and non-exempt roles, with proven success hiring across multiple levels within an organization.A minimum of one (1) year of experience recruiting within the healthcare sector is strongly preferred.Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system is required. Familiarity with Workday is beneficial, though training will be provided.Must have experience sourcing and recruiting through online and internet-based platforms.Experience with HRIS tools such as SAP or Lawson is an advantage.Background working in a unionized setting is a plus.Knowledge and Skills
