We're passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We're on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

This position provides an outstanding chance to collaborate with internal collaborators in Sales, Operations, Strategy, and Finance to collect and rank essential business needs. You will assist in shaping the Territory Assignments and Compensation vision and plan in coordination with other Product Managers at Adobe. Partner with the business to understand current and future needs to deliver high-value technical solutions that improve both user experience and operational efficiency.

Communicate and align with internal partners on plans and launches, highlighting both immediate solutions and future-forward innovations.

Lead the planning and delivery of operational requirements while championing a fresh method.

Collaborate with teams responsible for coordinating and managing systems, ensuring data integrity, and exploring opportunities for AI / ML models to improve workflows.

Facilitate process improvement sessions to synthesize findings and feedback into an informed, future-focused experience build.

Support delivery work across multiple scrum teams and CRM systems.

Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, managing competing requests from various collaborators and user groups.

Support sprint planning and other scrum events as the Product Owner.

Contribute to the Product Roadmap and be responsible for the Delivery Plan.

Partner with Sales Operations and Technology Services to craft and optimize an unparalleled process.

What You Need to Succeed

3-5 years of product management experience and experience launching large-scale technology solutions while supporting organizational change.

Experience working in Sales CRM, forecasting, sales performance management, and the integration of ERP systems with CRMs.

Strategic approach linking platform capabilities to business outcomes and customer value.

Demonstrated curiosity and ability in exploring tools based on artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, or automation solutions to improve product impact.

Experience with recognizing recurring revenue in a subscription-based software model is greatly preferred.

Deep comprehension of revenue recognition metrics (ARR / credit measures), calculation concepts, and procedures for auditing and maintaining data accuracy.

Experience with Agile methodology and working within scrum teams.

Self-starter that thrives in the face of challenges.

Proven track record of operating effectively with general mentorship on new projects.

Outstanding communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences, including individual contributors, management, and executive leadership.

Experience presenting and advocating programs to internal partners and users.

Strong communication skills, with the distinctive ability to empower and influence people without authority or a direct reporting relationship.

Excellent negotiation, conflict management, and resolution skills - you respectfully facilitate teams to the successful mitigation of issues.

Preferable to have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent or relevant work experience, with CRM enablement.
