JOB SUMMARY
The Visual Content Designer will play a vital role in shaping how Catalyst communicates its purpose, values, and impact for the company's stakeholders and channels. This hands-on, collaborative and creative team member will design, edit, animate and create attention grabbing visual content that brings the Catalyst brand and promise alive to customers, employees, patients and communities.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Content Development & Storytelling : Create compelling visual and written content for employee communications, social media, presentations, and digital campaigns. Accountability : Deliver 2–3 high-quality content pieces per week that align with brand voice and support strategic initiatives.
- Asset Production : Responsibility : Design, produce and animate logos, graphics, videos, and print assets using a variety of marketing tools and platforms including but not limited to : PlayPlay, Canva, Adobe, Microsoft Co-Pilot, and PowerPoint. Accountability : Maintain a consistent visual identity across Catalyst ecosystem and deliver assets on time for campaigns and events.
- Data Visualization & Strategic Messaging : Create visual representations of data that support storytelling and strategic messaging. Accountability : Produce at least one data visualization or infographic per month that enhances understanding and impact for stakeholders.
- Marketing Content Trend Awareness & Innovation : Stay current with trends in advanced storytelling, healthcare marketing, marketing AI and content strategy. Accountability : Share relevant insights or ideas with the team quarterly to support continuous improvement and innovation bringing forth new opportunities with AI and content tools.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with subject matter experts across clinical, value-based care, and practice teams to translate complex healthcare topics into clear, engaging stories. Accountability : Participate in regular planning sessions and contribute content to at least one campaign per priority per month.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in graphic or digital design, animation and stop-motion graphics, marketing, communications, or a related field.Three years of experience in graphic design and content creation across platforms (print, digital, video and social) with both short and long- form storytelling.Strong portfolio showcasing unique point of view on storytelling, graphic design, and video content.Learner's Mindset – Design tool agnostic (e.g. can learn Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, PlayPlay, PowerPoint, etc.) with a learner's mindset, training the team on tools and new features and recommending new tools and opportunities.Collaborative – works across teams and deadlines to communicate and deliver with excellence.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Professional presence – represents Catalyst marketing and the brand to executive leadership, practice, customers and leads as needed.Thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with agility to execute in ambiguity.Hybrid role required to work in Catalyst headquarters two days a week and attend in-person meetings and events across Dallas Fort Worth as needed.Preferred Experience
Experience with patient engagement and communications in healthcare.Familiarity with marketing automation tools and content management systems.Knowledge of AI tools for content creation and analytics.Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
