Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Medical Director opportunity for the experienced psychiatrist looking to provide direction and leadership to the collaboative team of providers in a Mental Helath Center located along the Mississippi in southwestern Illinois.

90% Administrative and leadership responsibilities. 10% direct patient care as needed. This opportunity will align with onsite administration to provide optimal continum of care for the adult mental health inpatients. Forensic component as to reports to court as required.

The ideal candidte will oversee the day to day operations, disciplinary processes, hiring, firing and other duties as required in leading the team, ensuring adequate care, scheduling, policy and procedures are in place in alignment with administration, and state and federal regulations.

Above average hourly rate offered; Long term contract with option to renew.

Monday to Friday schedule 40 hour work week with some schedule flexibility.

No weekends

No Holidays
