Our practice is seeking an experienced, hands-on Operations Director to oversee day-to-day operations of our growing practice! This position interacts with the providers and staff as well as Board members, referring physicians, accounting, vendors and I.T. support service. Requires 7+ years of experience in medical practice operations, medical practice management, overseeing operations, revenue cycle, bookkeeping, finance, personnel management and practice development.

Must   have experience with managing the billing department, utilization of  Epic  specifically, and billing conversions.

The right candidate will also possess the ability to lead, by example, and facilitate decision-making at all levels of the organization and across department lines.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in business and healthcare management, accounting, finance or related areas required; advanced degree is highly preferred
• Must be willing to travel to potential referral sources and present information about the practice in a warm and professional manner
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Requires proficiency with both QuickBooks and Excel
• Requires familiarity with medical coding and billing and IT conversions
• Must have experience establishing a culture of excellence, customer service and patient-centered care
