Food Operations Managers - Multiple Positions

Ladybird Taco seeks multiple Food Operations Managers in Charlotte, NC. Oversight of establishment ops including monitoring of food ops in food prep methods, inventory ctrl, & reg. compliance. Maintaining records in accordance to gov regs., managing budgets, & resolving customer complaints to uphold service standards. Must supervise 1st Line Supervisors of Food Preparation & Serving Workers. Req. HS Diploma or foreign equiv & 2 years of exp in lean financial management in the food industry.
