Be part of the connection. As a Customer Service Fraud Representative, your focus is handling various functions associated with fraud and abuse. You'll answer calls from both customers and non-customers as well as manual review calls. It'll be a highly collaborative team environment, colleagues supporting customers as well as each other!

What our Fraud Representatives enjoy most :

• Investigating and resolving customer issues
• Employing tools that detect and disrupt fraud schemes
• Evaluating and processing identity theft and customer validation claims
• Working on a wide variety of investigations

What you'll bring to Spectrum :

Experience : Fraud or customer service : 1 year, Resolving difficult customer issues : 1 year

General knowledge of Fraud operations, policies, and procedures
