Salary : About the Role :
Were looking for a rockstar Dental Assistant to take the lead on the clinical side of our Invisalign program and crown seats. If you love organizing systems, delivering top-tier patient care, and being part of a team thats driven to growyoull love it here.
This is not just another assistant role. Youll be the go-to person for Invisalign workflows, records, and crown seat excellence. Youll collaborate with doctors and our ortho coordinator to create beautiful results while making patients feel confident and cared for.
What Youll Be Responsible For :
- Running all clinical aspects of our Invisalign program : scans, attachments, IPR, records, and more
- Leading our crown seat appointments with precision and efficiency
- Taking accurate, detailed notes in our digital charting system (Open Dental preferred)
- Communicating clearly with doctors, assistants, and front team to ensure a smooth workflow
- Keeping rooms and records organized and ready to go
- Supporting patient education and post-op instructions with warmth and clarity
- Partnering with our ortho coordinator to continually improve systems and outcomes
Youll Be a Great Fit If You :
Have excellent scanning skills (iTero or similar)Are known for being organized, on time, and dependableCan communicate clearly and respectfully with teammates and patientsKnow how to take initiative and work independently when neededEnjoy learning and growing professionallyHave at least 1 year of experience in Invisalign or crown work (preferred but not required)Perks & Benefits :
