Multiple positions for CNC Lathe / Mill Set Up / Operator. Looking to hire ASAP

This is a 1st shift position, working 40-50 hours per week with occasional Saturdays. Normal working hours are Mon-Fri 7 am to 3 : 30 pm. Hours could be adjusted to fit your schedule if hired.

Must be in Arizona. Looking to setup interviews and fill a few positions with a start date of ASAP.

Immediate opening for day shift :

  • CNC Lathe / Mill Set Up / Operator.

Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma.
  • Strong mechanical background.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints & other mechanical drawings.
  • Working knowledge of geometry and mathematics.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong CNC Lathe / mill knowledge.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience.
  • Must have your own tools.

    • Functions :

  • Set up and operate CNC Lathes / Mills.
  • Organize and set up an inspection to monitor parts.
  • Maintain a clean machine & working area.

    • Work ethic :

  • Team player.
  • Work with others to use everyone's strong points and abilities.
  • Earn respect and give respect.
  • Take pride in your work and have a sense of ownership.
  • Must be reliable

    • EDM and Waterjet experience a bonus, but not required

    Benefits include paid holidays, employer paid insurance and vacation time that accrues after 90 days.
