Robert Half is seeking a Licensed Attorney with expertise in U.S. trademark registration to support the launch of 2 new tech products that have not yet been trademarked.
Pay Rate : $100+ / hour
Duration : 1+ Month
Location : Remote
Hours : Flexible
Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate product names and branding for trademark eligibility.
- Conduct clearance searches and confirm appropriate wordmarks.
- Determine and assign correct trademark classes for each product.
- Prepare and submit trademark applications.
- Provide legal support throughout the registration process, including responses to office actions if needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate filings.
