Job descriptionCurrent FL licensure as a physical therapist In the last five (5) years, two (2) years of experience as a physical therapist Proof of current CPR certification Able to visually and aurally observe and assess the patient. Able to effectively deal with changes based on patient needs and scheduling. Leon, Gadsden, or Wakulla county - your choice Work is performed in a client's residence Physical activity up to 50 lbs.
Essential Functions :
- Carries a patient census of 1-3 clients, as your schedule allows
- Develops the plan of care / treatment
- Completes initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments
- Provides interventions and therapeutic treatments
