Job description

ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Opportunity : RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details :

  • Work three 12-hour night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM
  • Every 3rd weekend required with holidays as needed
  • Patient ratio of 1 : 6 for all shifts
  • Float required between all campuses if needed
  • Minimum 1 year of experience required - no first time travelers
  • Acute Care Rehab experience preferred
  • BLS certification required
  • EPIC experience required
  • Must pass EKG exam during compliance (2 attempts allowed)
  • 24 hours of orientation provided
  • Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences
  • Skills include interpretation of laboratory results, medication reconciliation, vital signs monitoring, dressing changes, phlebotomy, and telephone triage
  • Care for patients with CVA, TBI, ABI, spinal cord injuries, and neurological diagnoses
  • Work with adults and geriatric patients in inpatient rehabilitation department
  • Interdisciplinary support includes IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
  • 49-bed unit with daily census of 39 patients
  • Compliance deadline is 12 noon EST the Wednesday prior to start date
