Position Details

Location : Okemos

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 00 am – 4 : 30 pm, 8 : 30am-5pm or other full-time equivalent.

Reports To : Director of Nursing / Site Director / Site Supervisors / Regional Nursing Supervisors

Compensation : Hourly Employee; $17-$18 / hour. Commensurate with experience.

Position Summary

The Medical Assistant / Receptionist plays a vital dual role, supporting both clinical and administrative functions within the FACE to FACE Partial Hospital and Outpatient Programs. This position involves direct interaction with consumers as well as collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across the organization to ensure efficient, compassionate care and smooth office operations.
