Roofing Laborer- Service – Join Our Growing Team!

Are you looking to build a long-term career in the roofing industry? At DDP Roofing Services, Inc. , we are seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team as Roofing Laborers. No prior roofing experience? No problem — we are willing to train the right candidates who bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

What You’ll Do

• Assist Roofers and Foremen with preparing job sites and installing a wide variety of roofing systems, including metal, shingles, single-ply systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM), slate, asphalt, and more.
• Keep job sites clean and safe by removing debris.
• Help with installation of insulation, vapor barriers, and overlapping roofing layers.
• Apply adhesives, caulking, sealants, and protective coatings.
• Assist with repairs by sealing cracks, defects, or damaged areas.
• Operate hand and power tools, as well as vehicles and equipment, as needed.
