Assistant Center Director

We are currently seeking a passionate individual with daycare or preschool experience to join our team as an Assistant Center Director.

As an Assistant Center Director at The Learning Experience, You Will :

  • Assist the Center Director with daily operations, such as managing the front desk.
  • Provide leadership, training, and support to teaching staff to promote professional growth and ensure high-quality instruction.
  • Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
  • Help maintain a highly qualified staff by actively training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees.
  • Guide our teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning.
  • Engage prospective families through in-person center tours, effectively showcasing the benefits of our program. Participate in community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.

    • Apply Now If You :

  • Have five or more years of childcare center teaching experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership / management experience (required).
  • Hold an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred).
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
  • Love working with teachers and curriculum.
  • Are a people person.
