Job Title : Assembler

Job Description

Join our team as an Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality Baseball and Softball equipment. You will be responsible for constructing subassemblies and finished assemblies using a variety of tools and techniques. Your work will contribute to the safety, quality, and efficiency of our production process.

Responsibilities

• Build tee subassemblies and finished assemblies using hands, electric impact tools, screwdrivers, and arbor presses.
• Ensure daily attendance and punctuality.
• Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Read, understand, and adhere to departmental product specifications and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Maintain clean and organized workstations.
• Demonstrate flexibility and support activities beyond the job description as needed.
• Cut helmet carbon patterns using a pattern cutting machine.
• Kit helmet patterns for molding and prepare resin mixtures.
• Insert molds into vacuum hot boxes and monitor the molding process.
• Inspect helmets for defects and ensure they meet specifications.
• Prepare films and plates from marketing artwork for softball pad printing.
• Mix ink and print artwork onto balls.
• Assemble trophy components using various tools.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50 / hr.
