- Support assembly with hands-on guidance; verify workmanship quality of technicians and assemblers.
- Partner with Sales Engineers to scope solutions and provide technical input for quotations.
- Engineer PLC and HMI applications from new concepts or specifications.
- Capture customer requirements for communications, HMI, and networking; translate them into clear software specifications.
- Refactor and modernize legacy code both in-house and at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot installed systems to minimize downtime and boost performance.
- Author user manuals and technical documentation, including software test plans, operating manuals with troubleshooting guides, and spare parts lists with vendor references.
- Participate in requirement reviews with Mechanical Engineering to ensure features are implemented correctly.
