Job Title : Systems Analyst
Responsibilities :
- Working with incidents and service requests related to telephony service and call processing systems.
- Escalations of issues with telephony clients.
- Attend planning meetings and gather information on telephony related infinitives.
- Advise on contracts related telephony support.
- Assist with planning and migration to new telephony and call processing systems.
Required Skills :
General knowledge of supporting classic on-premises PBX systems (minimum 5 years experience).Demonstrated use in ability to work with a team and independently.Managing work with support clients (minimum 5 years experience).Demonstrated ability to gather requirements for telephony related projects (minimum 5 years experience).Note : For H-1B and OPT cases, we are seeking candidates from recognised organizations.
