As we expand, were looking for a talented and highly organized Catering Manager to join our team and take the lead in managing both on and off-site events, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth service from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan, coordinate, and execute catering events across various locationsManage catering staff and schedules for each eventServe as the main point of contact for clients before and during eventsOversee food preparation, presentation, and deliveryMaintain high standards of food safety and sanitation on-siteHandle any issues or last-minute changes with professionalism and efficiencyQualifications :
2+ years experience in catering management, hospitality, or related food service rolesStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience with catering / event management platforms like Tripleseat is a plusValid drivers license and reliable transportationWillingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends and eveningsFood Safety Certification (preferred but willing to certify the right candidate)Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiencesWhat We Offer :
