Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations for low voltage and data center construction projects. This role supports a fast-growing technology services environment and requires strong leadership, workforce coordination, and a commitment to safety.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and skilled at managing technicians, schedules, and project execution while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day field operations and technician workforce scheduling

Conduct routine site visits to ensure quality, productivity, and safety compliance

Enforce safety standards and drive a "Zero Injury" culture across all projects

Review drawings, plans, and specifications for constructability

Coordinate manpower loading, project schedules, materials, and resource planning

Ensure accurate timecard reporting and workforce documentation

Maintain strong communication with project managers on scope, changes, and progress

Support project close-out, including testing, documentation, and as-builts

Mentor and train field technicians; support internal career progression programs

Build positive relationships with clients, field teams, and internal leadership

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in low voltage, data center, or construction environments

OSHA 30 certification required

Strong understanding of building plans, specifications, and safety standards

Experience managing field teams and multiple job sites

Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management tools

Must meet MVR, jobsite access, and badging requirements

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Ability to travel regularly to multiple project locations
