Assistant Physical Therapist (PTA) - PRN

Join a dedicated healthcare team as an Assistant Physical Therapist, providing treatment and exercise guidance under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Essential Responsibilities

• Adhere to organizational mission, vision, and values while maintaining patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Foster strong communication and professional relationships with patients, families, healthcare team members, and external agencies.
• Perform duties within the scope defined by certification boards and departmental policies.
• Assess patient needs accurately and develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive care plans.
• Educate patients on physical therapy processes and care techniques.
• Complete timely and precise documentation following established policies.

General Responsibilities

Perform additional duties as assigned to support the therapy department.

Supervisory Responsibilities
