Assembler I, Video

Join our team as an Assembler I, Video, where you'll play a key role in producing high-quality endoscope subassemblies for precision medical devices. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.

Shift :

Monday to Friday 6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm

Key Responsibilities :

Assemble, disassemble, and inspect intricate optical and mechanical components per written procedures.

Perform soldering, basic laser welding, and cleaning / preparation of parts.

Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.

Operate microscopes, hand tools, and measurement devices.

Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes.

Uphold safety standards and comply with ISO and FDA regulations.

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent.

0-1 year experience in medical device assembly preferred.

Ability to read and follow assembly drawings and procedures.

Manual dexterity and keen vision for detailed work under a microscope.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to work overtime and maintain punctual attendance.

Familiarity with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and FDA Quality System Regulation.

Work Environment :

Must adhere to environmental and safety protocols, including ISO 14001 standards.

Good manual dexterity and eye hand coordination.

Keen vision and the ability to pay close attention to details.

Ability to perform detailed assembly work with a microscope for extended periods.
