Job descriptionProvide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations. Assist with managing incidents and critical situations calmly, using problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment. Observe and report any unusual activities or security-related concerns in the area. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed. Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits and checking required identification or credentials. Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner. Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

As a Security Officer - Government Facility Patrol in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a government setting, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment by actively monitoring and patrolling assigned areas. Through your visible presence and strong communication skills, you will help to deter security-related incidents and provide outstanding customer service to all individuals at the location.
