• The Personnel Coordinator supports Human Resource processes within the office and fosters positive employee relations. This role involves record-keeping, candidate tracking, and data entry. Key responsibilities include verifying I-9 documentation, administering background checks, benefits, assistance with employee terminations, performance reviews, and recruitment. Additionally, the Personnel Coordinator ensures compliance within Company policies, Federal and State regulations.
