We are seeking experienced Logistics Personnel with backgrounds as operating or directing operations in a challenging environment with a small team in support. . This role is critical to ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of our logistics operations, particularly in high-stakes or mission-critical environments. The ideal candidate will bring a detail-oriented mindset, a strong understanding of supply chain protocols, and the discipline and discretion that comes from prior specialized service.

This position focuses on material movement / distribution, material readiness, quality control, and strict adherence to compliance standards. Candidates must be capable of operating in dynamic environments, supporting operational continuity, and upholding safety and security protocols across all phases of supply chain execution.

This role is suited for professionals with operational backgrounds seeking to apply their mission-first mindset and logistical expertise in a fast-paced, secure, and disciplined environment.

This role is located onsite in the Middle East. Travel may be required 50% to 100% of the time.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Material Readiness for and execution of Convoy Operations :

Verify pallet integrity and ensure load stability before dispatch.

Monitor site performance metrics and implement process improvements to increase throughput and accuracy.

Participate in daily inventory audits and reconciliation efforts.

Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to hygiene, storage, and material handling.
