Job description

B2B Technology Sales Account Manager

Join North Country as a B2B Technology Sales Account Manager. This is an outside B2B sales role based remotely for residents in North Dakota or South Dakota.

Base pay range

$75,000.00 / yr - $100,000.00 / yr. Total compensation includes variable incentives and other benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Sell SaaS, Restaurant Technology and Payment Solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a large existing client base.
  • Cross-sell additional products and services to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Prospect for new clients through cold calling and other outbound sales efforts.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Travel up to 40% within North and South Dakotas.
  • Qualify inbound leads and demonstrate the value of our products.
  • Leverage digital marketing channels to engage prospects.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand the specific needs of business owners and executives.
  • Tailor product demonstrations to address prospects' unique challenges and provide solutions that drive business value.
  • Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Meet established sales goals.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of B2B or SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience in merchant services, credit card processing, or technology sales is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, listening skills, and strong closing ability.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
