In this first-of-its-kind role, you'll :

• Deliver exceptional, personalized care while integrating the latest in wearable tech and optical innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the customer journey from the ground up.
• Be a founding team member in a space where your insights and expertise will directly influence how we blend fashion, function, and future-forward technology.
• Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance, mentoring team members, and maintaining compliance with all optical standards

USD $32.00 / Hr.

The pay range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on individual qualifications and business needs. All compensation will comply with applicable federal, state, and local minimum wage laws and regulations.
