Job Summary (Purpose) : Field Mentor acts as a coach to the Delivery Reps and Service Techs in the district. Advises using a commitment to safety to support drivers and techs on basic district operations. Supports the training of new drivers and techs answering job questions while safeguarding company assets. Performs the duties of a Delivery Representative or Service Technician as needed.

The pay for this position ranges from $30.00 to $36.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include eligibility to earn a performance-based bonus or commissions on completed sales depending on position.
