Your Role :

We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Agentic Workflows team, building the next generation of AI-powered workflow automation for our SaaS B2B platform. You'll design and deliver intelligent, scalable systems that help businesses work smarter and achieve better outcomes.

In this role, you'll collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to bring innovative features to life. You'll apply your deep understanding of software design patterns, stay ahead of industry trends, and drive continuous improvement across our platform. You'll also take ownership of technical excellenceidentifying and addressing tech debt, ensuring reliability, and delivering high-quality, well-tested code.

Key Responsibilities :

As a Senior Engineer II, you'll work across a wide range of technical areasfrom streaming and microservices to A / B testing, data modeling, and internal tooling. No matter the focus, your goal will be to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code that drives measurable impact.

You Will :

• Contribute to both the technical and product roadmap, providing input and effort estimates during initiative discovery and execution.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business needs into elegant, effective technical solutions.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges before they become blockersidentify potential failure points, plan solutions, and weigh trade-offs thoughtfully.
• Mentor and support teammates, sharing knowledge through pair programming, code reviews, and technical discussions.

Qualifications :

$69,968 - $168,327 a year

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national / regional data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
