Post-Acute Care Physician Leader opportunity in Boone, NC

As a post-acute care medical director, you will provide coverage for our conveniently located skilled nursing and assisted living facility in the Boone, North Carolina, area one day per week.

Position Highlights :

• Provide medical care for residents in a short-term skilled nursing and rehab facility
• Provide mentorship and oversight for collaborating clinicians
• Clear understanding and implementation of regulatory guidelines
• Attend monthly leadership meetings
