Position Summary :

We’re seeking a professional and attentive Busser to join our opening team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and passionate about creating seamless guest experiences in a refined, high-energy environment. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a first-of-its-kind concept and grow within a hospitality group dedicated to excellence and innovation.

What You’ll Do :

Support servers and the service team throughout meal and beverage service.

Clear, reset, and maintain tables quickly and gracefully between courses and seatings.

Ensure all areas of the dining room and lounge remain clean, organized, and properly stocked.

Anticipate guest and team needs to maintain smooth, attentive service flow.

Assist with water, bread, and nonalcoholic beverage service as needed.

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with NYC Health Department standards.

Work collaboratively with servers, managers, and culinary staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

What We’re Looking For :

Previous experience as a Busser, Food Runner, or similar front-of-house support role in a restaurant, lounge, or hotel setting.

Strong communication skills and a professional, guest-focused demeanor.

Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced, high-service environment.

A team player with attention to detail and pride in presentation.

NYC Food Handler’s Certificate preferred (or willingness to obtain).
