Job Type : Full-Time, On-Site, 40 / hr week M-F

About the Role :

• The Therapist will serve as a direct clinical professional providing individual, group, and family therapy.
• Under the immediate supervision of the Clinical Director, Therapists will treat a selected caseload of clients suffering from behavioral health and addiction related issues. These clinicians must be able to perform biopsychosocial assessments, participate in multi-disciplinary treatment, and discharge planning for clients.

Job Qualifications :

Master's Degree and Current Indiana Licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PSY.D, LPCC) or License Eligibility

At least 2 years prior experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, with residential treatment experience preferred.

Ability to maintain strict client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Professional appearance, aptitude, and attitude

Impeccable ethics, integrity, and customer relations skills

Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills

Computer literacy and ability to use an EMR.

Knowledge of "best practices" behavioral medicine treatment delivery and methodologies

Knowledge of MAT services or MAT certification preferred.

Sound clinical judgment and decision-making skills

Ability to understand the requirements of the clientele.

Key Responsibilities :

Participates in performance improvement activities

Maintains a current license, certification, and registration as applicable

Contacts assigned client within 24-hours of admission and 1 : 1 encounters at least weekly

Completes Biopsychosocial, Admission Note, ASAM Level 3.5 Criteria, SUD Treatment Plan, and assigns Diagnosis within 24-hours of admission

Completes 1 : 1 Session Note, SUD Treatment Plan Update, and ASAM Criteria Update every seven days for each assigned client

Effectively leads groups and completes Group Session Individual Notes in EMR

Reviews and signs Case Management Progress Note every seven days for each assigned client

Completes Columbia Suicide Severity Scale, ASAM Discharge / Transfer Criteria, and Discharge Summary-After Care Plan at discharge for each assigned client

Adheres to HIPAA regulations including procedure for release of client information

Follows policy and procedure when client requests discharge AMA

Reports safety hazards to supervisor or Executive Director

Performs appropriate hand hygiene throughout the shift

Compensation :

Licensed Therapist : $70,000- $75,000

Temporary Licensed Therapist : $65,000- $70,000

Master's Level Therapist : $55,000- $65,000
