Job descriptionPerform and document preventive maintenance (PM) using our CMMS system Troubleshoot and repair equipment to reduce unplanned downtime Assist with Root Cause Analysis to improve equipment reliability Train machine operators on basic maintenance techniques Support GMP, SQF, and HACCP compliance and safety standards Participate in equipment rebuilds, diagnostics, and reliability improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, food-safe environment 2+ years of industrial mechanical experience or a 2-year technical degree Strong understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work overtime as needed Basic computer skills and ability to use MS Office Must have or be able to obtain Forklift License within 90 days of hire Willingness to bring own tools (list provided upon hiring) Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; Spanish is a plus Must pass HACCP Certification Familiarity with EMAINT or other CMMS platforms Experience with ovens, bakery, or packaging equipment AIB Bakery Equipment training a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Lift up to 75 lbs (with assistance if needed) Bend, kneel, stoop, and work in tight spaces Stand / walk up to 12 hours Use manual dexterity for operating tools and machinery

Our facility in Newburyport Massachusetts has an opening for a 3rd shift Maintenance Technician shift hours are 10 : 00 pm - 6 : 30 am Sunday- Thursday

As a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician, you'll help ensure our production equipment operates smoothly and efficiently keeping our operations running and desserts flowing!
